It depends on the size of the process and on how quickly your side makes decisions. After the assessment you get a plan with dates for each stage.

Yes. The first stage is a process assessment, not technology, so prior experience with AI is not required. The first solution is usually simple, and its purpose is to show how this works in your environment.

Yes. The system is built in your environment, so your IT provider sees what runs where and can take over maintenance.

The intro call is free. The exact price is fixed before any work starts.

Fixed. You receive a specific quote before any work starts, once the scope is known. For a Custom AI Solution the scope is set in a paid discovery stage, EUR 490, credited in full toward the build.

Payment terms are set in the agreement before work starts.

The system runs in your environment and your accounts, so the data stays where it is now. AI model vendors and the data processing region are agreed in the priorities stage and written into the solution brief.

Confidentiality terms are agreed before the assessment starts.

The model and vendor are chosen for the task, the sensitivity of the data, and the cost, not out of habit. You can choose, and the choice is recorded in the solution brief.

Solutions are designed so that data stays in your environment and AI use is documented. Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 February 2025, requires organisations using AI systems to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff; the training service addresses that requirement too.

You do. The system is built in your accounts, and code, credentials and documentation are handed over at the end. No lock-in.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 February 2025, obliges providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. Training can be structured to meet that obligation and ends with an attendance list and programme you can keep as evidence.

No. I work alone: you talk to me, you work with me, and I answer for the result.

A limited number, because I take part in every project myself.
